Using Tones While on a Call
When you call some organizations, they will have a voice menu system that requires you to choose options by selecting numbers from a key pad. The instructions on how to use the key pad are as follows:
When you make a call to an organization that asks you to press a number, you can use the touchscreen to do this. To use the dial pad, slide your finger slowly around the screen, your device will read out the option under your finger. When you hear the number you want to input, lift your finger off the touch screen to select it.
Please note that the dial pad is not the only thing displayed on the touch screen, there are other buttons which allow you to do things such as toggle on or off speaker mode, toggle on and off the microphone, hang up the call, and more.
