Accessibility

The In Your Pocket Customer Portal is accessible to screen readers and has additional accessibility features for users who do not use screen readers. The Accessibility button is a mint green square with a navy blue eye symbol. It is located on the top right corner of the Customer Portal pages. Click the Accessibility button to access the drop down menu of options. You can increase font size, decrease font size, apply grayscale and reset. Then click the setting you would like to change.

IMPORTANT

The accessibility settings you select will be applied to all pages on the Customer Portal. However, when you log out, your preference will not be saved, and the Customer Portal will revert to the default accessibility settings.
